Individuals and organisations across the county are signing up to take the first steps to a healthy mind by treating their mental wellbeing in the same way they would their physical health.
The campaign uses the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as a guide to help us take simple, everyday steps towards better mental wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice and Give.
