I CAN be better and strive to be so. I know where I fall short (and when I fix one area another will inevitably appear). But being vulnerable allows me to be brave, accepting my weaknesses helps me grow stronger. To be able to support others in my job, it helps to know how hard it is to change, how frustrating setbacks can be, but also how liberating each transformation is. Therfore my pledge is holding the mindset that I'm OK with being a work in progress.Your text to link...
