By making a pledge you are committing to look after you own mental wellbeing, using the 5 ways to wellbeing as a guide. You can either write your pledge or draw your pledge below – it is your choice! You can also download a PDF pledge card here.

I pledge to reintroduce exercise and mindful healthy eating to my regime and routine. After a long period of mental ill health, upon returning to work I am more aware of my needs and the importance of staying connected to those closest to me, rather than pushing them away. My pledge is to myself but also to others, in the giving of my time and energy at work and at home. I am always learning and growing however I also pledge to read more of the wonderful library of books that I have, instead of binge watching series online! In pledging of all this, I acknowledge that in being mindful of my surroundings and my feelings, I will maintain greater wellbeing and thus greater effectiveness and happiness day to day. ๐Ÿ˜Š
