Peoples mental health is as important as their physical health and I am keen to help raise awareness of this. Therefore am pledging as a small business to raise awareness in the construction industry by always checking in and asking those around me if they are okay, as well as being there to listen.

I pledge to do something every day to recognise the importance of investing in my own wellbeing (i.e. walking (rather than driving) my son to school, ten minutes of mindfulness during my commute, stepping away from the desk to have my packed lunch with fabulous colleagues) ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
