NHCP’s My Health and Care Directory is a comprehensive database designed to assist health and social care professionals to find information about a range of services to help people in our county choose well, stay well and live well.
The free directory brings together existing service listings held by health and care organisations across the county, fills in any gaps and makes sure all the data is verified and kept updated.
It will include a whole host of information about local services including contact information, opening hours, key details, availability and how they can be accessed.
After initial testing, My Health and Care Directory is starting to be made available more widely for staff within Northamptonshire’s health and care organisations. Users will be encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences of using the directory as part of the process of developing and improving it.
